What Are the Exclusions from PM Kisan List?

The list of criteria that are excluded from this scheme are –

  • All Institutional Landholders are eliminated from this scheme.
  • If one or more family members of the farmers are former and present holders of constitutional posts like –

  2. State Ministers
  3. Members of LokSabha
  4. Members of RajyaSabha
  5. State Legislative Assemblies
  6. State Legislative Councils
  7. Mayors of Municipal Corporations
  8. Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
  • In addition to that, all serving or retired officers and employees of Central or State Government Ministries are not eligible for this yojana.
  • All superannuated or retired pensioners (excluding Multi Tasking Staff, Class IV and Group D employees), whose monthly pension is 10,000 rupees or more can not be a part of this scheme.
  • All Persons who paid Income Tax in the last assessment year are also out of this yojana.
  • Tenant farmers can not take benefits from this scheme. The authority has banned the leased landholders from s scheme.
  • If the farmer has the land in his or her name, that will not be sufficient. The farmer has to use it as agricultural land, if not, then he is not eligible.
  • People who are associated with professional jobs such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, and architects are not qualified to take benefit of this yojana.
